Digesale helps users quickly find reliable products and services to get things done with a 3-steps flow: Deposit – Buy – Done

The first step is adding funds to your account balance, which you will use for purchasing offers. Second is to find the offers you like and buy them. Third is to kick back and wait for your product or service to be delivered. It’s as simple as that.

 

1. Add Funds

Buying offers on Digesale requires you to have funds in your account balance. You can add funds by going to our Add Funds page and choosing which payment method you want to pay with and the amount. After you send us the payment we will add the funds to your account balance, and you can proceed to buy any of the offers listed on our site.

We accept over 10 different payment methods for adding funds:

  • Paypal
  • Payoneer
  • Wise
  • Perfectmoney
  • Skrill
  • Neteller
  • Payeer
  • Advcash
  • Webmoney
  • All Cryptocurrencies
  • Other

If you would like to pay with a method not listed, you can choose the “Other” option. We will check, and if we can accept a payment using the method you chose, we will let you know.

Depending on the payment method you chose, you will either be able to send the payment immediately, or wait for us to send you the necessary information. After you send the payment, we will add the funds to your account balance, and it’s done.

 

2. Buying Offers

Now that you have funds in your account balance, you can buy any of the offers listed on our site. You can browse the homepage or any of the categories to find offers, as well as use the search function. If you find an offer where something is being sold that is closely related to what you actually need, you can contact us and ask if we can provide exactly what you need.

We also understand how important communication is in the purchase process, to help both sides clearly comprehend the scope of work and ensure satisfactory results. Therefore, besides being able to add “extras” to any purchase where the offers allows it, we also have a communication system through which you can contact us to discuss directly and receive the notification whenever you have a new message. Thus, you can constantly communicate with us before, during and after the ordered offer is delivered.

You can easily monitor the status of every order you make from start to finish. The possible status of an order can be – Pending, Active, Late, Delivered, Finished, Disputing or Disputed. Each status relates closely to the state of the order at any given time.

 

3. Order Completed

Once an order has been delivered, if you are happy with the work provided you can choose to mark the order as completed. At this point you can also leave a review, which will be visible on the offer page from that point on. You don’t have to mark the order as completed or leave a review, that is optional. If you don’t mark the order as completed, it will be automatically marked as completed 3 days after it has been delivered.

If you’re not happy with the product or service you received, you can send us a message on the order page and we can work it out. We will either improve on the delivery, offer you another service, or refund the money from the order to your account balance.
