Contacting sellers as well as customer support on Digesale is easy and can be accomplished in a few different ways. In this post we will show you all the ways you can contact our sellers and our customer support.

 

The response rate of our sellers and our support is Extremely quick, and you will always get the help and the answers you need from people who speak perfect English, I might add.

 

Contacting our customer support can be done in a number of ways:

  1. Scroll down to the footer of our site and under the “About us” section find and click the link called “Contact Us.” You will land on a page where you can write us a message and send it.
  2. Visit our Blog and leave a comment on any of our articles
  3. Visit our social media profiles and send us a message or leave a comment on any of our posts – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube
  4. You can use our Email address – [email protected] – to send us an Email.

 

Contacting our sellers can be done in a number of ways:

  1. Go to any Service/Gig/Offer page and in the right sidebar of the screen you will see a button called “Contact Me“. For example, Get 500 High Quality Twitter Followers Cheap Price
  2. Go to any Seller Page and under his/her profile picture you will see a button called “Contact Me“. For example, https://digesale.com/author/social-media/
  3. After placing an order, you can talk to the seller of that service/offer on the order page
