Contacting sellers as well as customer support on Digesale is easy and can be accomplished in a few different ways. In this post we will show you all the ways you can contact our sellers and our customer support.
The response rate of our sellers and our support is Extremely quick, and you will always get the help and the answers you need from people who speak perfect English, I might add.
Contacting our customer support can be done in a number of ways:
Scroll down to the footer of our site and under the “About us” section find and click the link called “Contact Us.” You will land on a page where you can write us a message and send it.
On the left side of every page on our site you can see a blue button called “Support.” Clicking that opens the page with our contact form where you can write and send us a message.
Go to your profile page by clicking your name in the upper right corner of the screen after you are logged into your account, and then go to “Private Messages.” Now click the “Send New Message” tab. On the next page fill out the necessary fields:
Send to: [seller name]
Subject: [message title]
Message: [message content]
These are the ways you can use to contact any of our sellers or our customer support.
